1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Clone My Voice AI services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Services.

These Terms apply to all users of the Services, including users who submit voice samples, purchase voice cloning services, or generate audio content.

2. Service Description

Clone My Voice AI provides AI-powered voice cloning services specifically designed for non-native English speakers. Our services include:

  • Free accent evaluation based on voice sample submission
  • Creation of personalized AI voice models with improved pronunciation
  • Text-to-speech audio generation using your voice model
  • Technical support and feedback on recordings

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable laws
  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration

4. Voice Ownership and Rights

4.1 Your Voice, Your Rights

  • You retain all rights to your natural voice and original voice recordings
  • You own the audio content generated using your voice model
  • You grant us a limited license to process your voice data solely for service delivery

4.2 Consent and Authorization

By submitting a voice sample, you confirm that:

  • The voice in the recording is your own
  • You have the right to clone your voice
  • You consent to the creation of an AI model based on your voice
  • You will not use the service to clone someone else's voice without their explicit consent

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our Services to:

  • Create content that impersonates others without consent
  • Generate fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content
  • Produce illegal, harmful, or offensive material
  • Spread misinformation or create deepfakes
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
  • Engage in activities that harm minors
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our AI models

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Pricing

  • Voice cloning service: $197 one-time payment
  • Includes: 50 minutes of audio generation
  • Additional audio generation: $1 per minute
  • Prices are in USD and subject to change with notice

6.2 Payment Process

  • Payment is required after positive evaluation and before voice model creation
  • We accept major credit cards and other payment methods through our payment processor
  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe

6.3 Refund Policy

  • Perfect Voice Guarantee: Unlimited re-recordings until satisfactory results
  • Full Refund: If we cannot achieve satisfactory results after 3 recording attempts
  • No Refund: Once voice model is successfully delivered and accepted
  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase

7. Service Delivery

  • Evaluation: Within 24 hours of sample submission
  • Voice Model: Within 48 hours of final recording acceptance
  • Audio Generation: Available immediately after model delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on volume and technical requirements. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Intellectual Property

Clone My Voice AI retains all rights to:

  • Our AI technology, algorithms, and software
  • Website content, design, and trademarks
  • Training methodologies and processes

8.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create using the service. You grant us permission to store and process your content solely for service delivery.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Warranties regarding the accuracy of generated audio
  • Warranties that results will meet your expectations

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLONE MY VOICE AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages arising from your use or inability to use the service
  • Any amount exceeding the fees you paid for the service

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clone My Voice AI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Abuse of the service or other users
  • Any other reason at our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, USA.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We'll provide notice of significant changes via email or website notification. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
